Kumbh Mela has been the largest gathering of humanity in history: 100 million people on the banks of the Ganges River in Allahabad, India at the last Maha Kumbh Mela. In 2001, our group had the opportunity to receive the blessings of many holy saints and to bathe in the most holy of bathing spots in the Ganges river. We returned to Allahabad in 2007 and to Haridwar in 2010 for more amazing experiences of darshan of the holy saints and nectar of the holy rivers. In 2013 we traveled to Allahabad for Kumbh Mela again.
