Before 12:00 noon: Travel to Los Angeles from home.
12:00 noon to 2:00 pm: Arrive at pier in San Pedro, CA to check-in for Norwegian Cruise Lines cruise. Bring your passport (if no passport, then state-issued ID plus certified birth certificate from the State Health Dept.), your eDocs, AARP card if applicable, and cash or credit/debit card.)
By 3:00 pm: All must be aboard. Go directly to stateroom to unpack. Begin to enjoy the fabulous amenities onboard the ship.
Between 3:00 and 4:00 pm: Mandatory Boat Drill will take place before sailing.
Sometime before 3:00 pm: OPTIONAL "Behind the Scenes Tour": Tour of the Ship by Norwegian Star Staff. Includes: Welcome and Introduction, Provision Area (Environmental Systems), Main Galley (Brief Galley Tour), Stardust Theater (Backstage Tour), Main Laundry (Laundry Tour), Bridge (Bridge Tour and Photo Shoot). The fee is $55 per person, which would be charged to your guest onboard account, if you want to attend.
