GETTING TO THE PORT

LOCATION OF CRUISE TERMINAL:

Port Porto Corsini, Ravenna, Italy:
48123 Ravenna RA, Italy

Pier Terminal:
Terminal Crociere - Porto Corsini

The Italian port of Ravenna – Porto Corsini – is now home to many cruise ships that used to start their cruise itineraries to the Mediterranean or the Greek Isles from the ports in Venice. Why? Venice is known as a floating city, with rising water levels and the ancient streets at risk of crumbling. Therefore, congestion in port traffic has resulted in some cruise ships being banned from docking in Venice. And that has given Ravennas port, Porto Corsini, time to shine.

Previously unfamiliar to cruise guests, Ravenna recently gained a lot of attention when the port authority awarded Celebrity Cruise Line a contract to build a brand new terminal there. The plan is that the new cruise port terminal will be in operation from 2024. Until then, Celebrity Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises are using the existing terminals in Ravenna to dock their ships bound for the Mediterranean, the Greek Isles, and beyond. The port’s name is Port Corsini, and it is located about 13 km northeast of Ravenna city center.

FLIGHTS BY CELEBRITY CHOICEAIR

https://www.celebritycruises.com/flights-by-celebrity

Modern luxury brand Celebrity Cruises knows that today’s high-end consumers desire simplicity, choice and value when planning a vacation. Celebrity is taking its modern luxury vacation experience to new heights today as it debuts a newly enhanced air travel service, “Celebrity’s ChoiceAir.” The launch of Celebrity’s ChoiceAir introduces the cruise industry’s first lowest-airfare guarantee, which complements the other premium benefits of the program: “Assured Arrival,” “Your Choice Flights” and “24/7 Support.”

Celebrity’s ChoiceAir’s “Lowest Airfare Guarantee” not only delivers the best value in air travel by finding guests the lowest fares on available flights, but also guarantees that if Celebrity doesn’t find the lowest fare, the guest will be compensated. First, the program offers the lowest available airfares. Then, should a guest find a lower, publicly available fare for the exact same travel within 24 hours of booking through Celebrity’s ChoiceAir, they’ll receive a credit of 110% of the difference, to spend during their cruise. This benefit reassures guests that Celebrity wants them to make the most of their precious vacation time, even before the actual cruise starts.

“Our brand is built on the concept of modern luxury, so it makes sense that we would extend that to our guests’ airline arrangements,” said Dondra Ritzenthaler, Senior Vice President, Sales, Celebrity Cruises. “Celebrity’s ChoiceAir offers guests everything they want in an air travel service.”

In addition to Lowest Airfare Guarantee, Celebrity’s ChoiceAir core program elements support a premium travel experience that also offers peace of mind:

- Assured Arrival means that any delays or cancellations to air travel booked through Celebrity’s ChoiceAir will not keep a guest from getting to their cruise. Celebrity’s ChoiceAir team monitors guests’ flights and, in case of an unexpected travel snag, works quickly with the airline to get the guest on the next available flight to the ship, even providing hotel stays and ground transfers at no additional cost when necessary – resulting in greater peace of mind for vacationers.

-
Your Choice Flights allows guests the freedom and flexibility to choose their favorite airline and the best flights, while at the same time automatically filtering out flights that won’t work for the guest’s scheduled cruise, saving them time.

- 24/7 Support ensures that any day, any time, Celebrity’s ChoiceAir agents are available to assist guests; this benefit aligns with the highly attentive onboard service Celebrity is known for. In addition to these benefits, with Celebrity’s ChoiceAir, guests pay no air travel booking service fees.

“Our guests tell us that first and foremost, they want peace of mind in knowing that flight disruptions on their day of travel would not impact their cruise vacation, and they also want to know that they’re getting the best value on flights,” Ritzenthaler said. “With the addition of our Lowest Airfare Guarantee, we now deliver on both of those things. Just as our guests can relax onboard our ships and enjoy a modern luxury vacation, when they book travel with Celebrity’s ChoiceAir, they can relax knowing that their air travel experience will be effortless.”

Book your flight here: http://www.celebritycruises.com/celebrityschoiceair, or call 1-800-533-7803. Lowest Airfare Guarantee requires that the guest or travel partner must call Celebrity’s ChoiceAir support desk at 1-800-533-7803 within 24 hours of confirming or adding air travel booked through Celebrity’s ChoiceAir to their Celebrity Cruises vacation. The lower fare found must match the booked Celebrity’s ChoiceAir itinerary exactly (same airline, class of service, number of travelers, flight number, date, gateway), and must be found on a U.S.-based website available to the general public. Any special programs/organization membership/frequent flyer program/etc. that provides the guest with special discounted pricing is not eligible for the guarantee. Only one price guarantee claim per cruise reservation is allowed. The onboard credit is in U.S. dollars, has no cash value, is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the last evening of the cruise to which the Celebrity’s ChoiceAir air travel applies.

HISTORIC, CHARMING RAVENNA

Ravenna, located in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, is a beautiful, historic city 150 km south of Venice on the Adriatic Sea. It takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to travel from Venice. Home to eight UNESCO World Heritage monuments, Ravenna is a treasure trove to explore. It is famous for its stunning Early Christian and Byzantine mosaics. The historical center of Ravenna is a charming maze of tiny streets packed with museums, parks, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Shop the main streets of Via Cavour, Via Diaz, and Via Cairoli to find small artisan shops, local wines, and food. Ravenna is the old capital of the Roman Empire, and to appreciate the history of your surroundings, it is worth booking a guided tour before you leave home. Or you can contact the official tourism board for more information and prices. With 35 km of coastline along the Adriatic seas, Ravenna’s best beaches and lidos include Papeete Beach and Lido Adriano, but they are quite a drive from the city, at least 30 minutes by car.

HOW TO GET TO RAVENNA FROM VENICE

If you plan to visit and sightsee in Venice before the cruise, you may get to Ravenna from Venice by train. If you are staying on Venice island, purchase train tickets from Venezia S. Lucia train station to Ravenna, changing trains at Ferrara or Bologna. Trenitalia and Italotreno are the primary train operators in Italy. They have high-speed trains connecting you to major cities and numerous regional trains.

We recommend that you search, compare, and book train tickets in Italy before you leave home. Omio, which offers train tickets with both these carriers, is an easy-to-navigate price comparison website in English. It provides all available options for your journey and allows you to compare prices to ensure you get the best deal. And bookings can be made in your local currency. Just change the currency on the upper right corner of the website if you need to.

Alternatively, you can book tickets directly with Trenitalia or Italotreno on their website for about three months within your travel date. You can also wait until you get there to purchase train tickets directly at the train station. The cost of a single journey between Venice island and Ravenna for an adult is around 25 euros per person. However, note that if you want a specific train time and a guaranteed seat onboard, we recommend booking before you leave home.

Outside the train station in Ravenna, taxis take you to the port. The price is about 21 euros, and the journey is about 15 minutes. If it’s a national holiday or an evening/night journey, the price will be around 26 euros. If you are staying at a hotel in the city, the train station is very central, and some hotels are within walking distance.

CHECK IN AND GET INFO WITH YOUR SMART PHONE

With the Celebrity App, you check in when it’s convenient for you—whether 90 days before your cruise or the day before you sail. Check in using the app is available until 8:30 am the day of your sailing. Simply sign into your account, select your sailing, and click on “Check-in.” Once you’ve checked in, you’ll also have automatic access to your Xpress Pass. Celebrity will send you convenient email reminders and app notifications for important steps to take along the way.

What could be better than a digital guidebook in your pocket with endless possibilities to make memories on board and in port even better? With intuitive features like early check-in, time-saving safety drills, and comprehensive pre-cruise planning, the Celebrity Cruises mobile app is designed to make your vacation smarter and more luxurious before you even step on board. Here are ways to enhance your cruise experience with the Celebrity Cruises app.

You can qualify for Expedited Arrival by checking in on the app, uploading your security photo, and scanning your passport. Plus, if one person in your party has Expedited Arrival, everyone on your reservation will be included.

Guests are encouraged to check in at least 24 hours before sailing. Completing the health questionnaire will further simplify your arrival at the terminal. Once you are cleared for sailing there, you’ll be on board and headed to the pool or to your stateroom in just a few minutes. You’ll have your deck, stateroom, and reservation number right away, so you can skip the logistics and dive straight into vacation mode.

MORE USES OF THE APP

A few weeks before your cruise, you’ll notice that the app starts will populate more activities, things to do, and shore excursions. You can take advantage of the Daily Planner to start planning that spa appointment or review group fitness classes. Reserve any of the activities you reviewed before sailing, like a thrilling shore excursion or a tour in port. Add activities to your calendar as a reminder and save your favorites.

Once your cruise has started, you’ll see events load in real-time, like the evening’s entertainment in The Theatre or what’s going on in Eden on Celebrity Edge. Use the calendar app to easily keep track of the day’s activities and other things to do on a cruise.

The app includes a detailed map of each deck of your ship, helping you find your way aft and starboard, elevator locations, staircases, and relaxing hideaways you might not have known were there. Whether you’re scoping out the directions to the gym or spa, or you’re looking for a private getaway, these complete deck plans make navigating the ship easy. Explore from your phone in the Daily Planner feature, which describes each activity and conveniently provides its deck and location. A ship icon will display above each activity category so you can easily orient yourself no matter where you are.

With the app, you’ll be able to keep track of your expenses with the onboard expenses tracker. Your account will update daily to reflect your balance and latest charges. Enjoy the peace of mind this feature provides, as you’ll have access to your expenses right at your fingertips.

We created a convenient digital key via the Celebrity Cruises app designed for the modern traveler. Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed in to your account, you can unlock your stateroom or suite with an easy swipe of your smartphone. For now, this smart unlock feature is available onboard Edge-series ships, Celebrity Constellation, and our revolutionized ships. Phone, keys, wallet? Check, check, and check thanks to the app’s digital key and expense tracking features.

Skip making a specialty restaurant reservation on the phone or in person and start making your lunch or dinner plans with ease on the app. Explore Celebrity Cruises’ dining options, view the tantalizing menus, and sign up for your dining time at any of our world-class specialty restaurants. Choose from dozens of eateries, bars, and one-of-a-kind venues modeled after the incredible destinations we sail to. The app makes cruise planning—both on board and off—a breeze.

One of the best parts about a cruise vacation is the new friends you make along the way, whether you strike up a conversation at dinner or get to know each other on an excursion during a day in port. It can be tricky to stay connected, especially if you’re relying on conventional phone service in international waters. The in-app chat features allow you to connect with fellow travelers any time you’re connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay in touch. IMPORTANT: Keep your phone on "Airplane Mode" during your entire voyage, and use the ship's Wi-Fi.

Make plans to meet up at the pool or to try the best food on a cruise at a specialty restaurant. If you and your family are scattered across the ship on various activities, use the messaging feature to plan a meeting place for later in the day. Embark on a smarter vacation and enjoy new levels of luxury at every moment on board. Download the app and start planning your adventures today.

ARRIVAL AT CRUISE PORT

WHEN TO ARRIVE AT PORT

Not before 1:00 pm October 2, 2023. If you arrive too early, then you will be waiting on the dock, and that is not fun. Plan to be aboard the ship sometime before 4:00 pm, and our Mandatory Orientation meeting in our Conference Center will begin at 5:00 pm.

The ship will sail at 7:00 pm, so get there well ahead of time. Guests arriving after 4:00 pm may not be permitted to sail. There are government regulations in some ports that require cruise lines to submit a departure manifest 90 minutes prior to sailing.

HAND-CARRY ONE BAG

Make sure you keep one bag that you hand-carry onto the ship. Upon arrival at the dock, your larger luggage will be transfered onto the ship by porters and delivered to your stateroom, and you will not see it again for several hours. You might not see that luggage until late that night. Therefore, pack a carry-on that you can wheel onto the ship with all you need for the day, including your travel documents, change of clothing, swim suit, workout clothes, cosmetics, jewelry, medicines, book to read, and/or anything else you might want.

Give your checked bags to one of the porters upon your arrival at the dock. Make sure your luggage tags are securely attached to your luggage so they will arrive in your stateroom. (Print out those luggage tags in advance from the Celebrity Cruise Line website when you complete your online check-in.) Gratuities for porters are not included in your cruise fees. A suggested tip is $3 per bag.

CHECKING IN AT TERMINAL

At the Cruise Terminal, you will check in for the ship Constellation on Celebrity Cruise Line. Please expect delays related to security, immigration, and health procedures when arriving at the Cruise Terminal to board the ship. These procedures have been designed for your safety and all attempts will be made to expedite you through the process as quickly as possible. Be sure to arrive at the Cruise Port well in advance of the ship's departure.

Look for a sign directing you to your Deck. If you are booked in a suite, or if you are an Emerald, Platinum, Diamond or Diamond Plus member of the Celebrity Cruise Line Captain's Club, be sure to take advantage of Priority Check-in. Look for a sign directing you to your Deck and to Priority Check-In. That is the area where you can go ahead of the long lines.

If you have completed your online registration in advance and printed out your "Xpress" Boarding Pass, then you will "sail through" the registration process. If not, please arrive early, by 3:00 pm, in order to complete your registration.

You can complete Online Check-In (on the Internet) no later than 4 days prior to the cruise. If you completed Online Check-In, you will go to an area designated for documentation validation. By checking in online, you will expedite your boarding process and will be able to start enjoying your cruise vacation much faster.

At the Cruise Terminal, you will need to present:
- Your Xpress Pass
- Passport
- Onboard Expense Account Information (your Credit Card and reservation information that is authorized to charge against the account)

ID'S AND INCIDENTALS

WHAT IS THE SEAPASS ACCOUNT?

With your SeaPass account, you have the convenience of getting all your onboard expenses charged to your stateroom.

When you check-in for your cruise, you'll receive a SeaPass Card. The SeaPass Card is used to access your personal shipboard account to which all purchases are charged.

Celebrity Cruise Line ships operate on a "cashless" system, meaning your boarding card, (also known as your Celebrity Cruise Line SeaPass card), will be used as a charge card to make all onboard purchases. To activate this Celebrity Cruise Line SeaPass account, most guests provide a credit card, (American Express, Optima, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diner's Club), to have these purchases charged at the end of their cruise. Additionally, the Celebrity Cruise Line SeaPass system may be activated with traveler's checks, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, or cash.

A running tab of all your purchases will be kept under separate folio numbers for each guest and an itemized statement left in your stateroom the night before disembarkation. If you provided a credit card and there are no discrepancies, the amount will be charged to your account on the morning of disembarkation. If you have used traveler's checks or cash to activate the account, you will need to settle the account at the Guest Relations desk, to either receive a reimbursement of the unused amount, or to pay the balance due.

CELEBRITY SEAPASS CARD: YOUR ID

Celebrity Cruise Line uses a computerized system for tracking all persons, both guests and crew, who enter and exit the ship. Upon arrival at the ship, each guest is issued a boarding card (Celebrity Cruise Line SeaPass) which they must swipe to be officially logged on to the ship. The system imbeds a full color, digital photograph together with personal database information on their SeaPass. With a card swipe, a computer displays a corresponding photo with database information and merges time and date tracking information upon entry or exit.

Your SeaPass Card will serve as your boarding card. This card identifies you as a Celebrity Cruise Line guest and must be carried with you along with picture identification when you go ashore. Because the ship is closed to the public while docked at the various ports-of-call, you must show your SeaPass Card and picture I.D. to the officer on duty in order to return on board.

If you or one of the kids has trouble keeping track of that SeaPass card, go to the shops onboard and buy a plastic holder with a lanyard. Place the card inside the plastic holder and you are good to go. For extra security, to slip through the security ring that attaches to the lanyard, get a hole punched in the card by one of our staff or by the Guest Relations desk on the ship.

FREE PERKS

As a "Sacred Mystical Greece" Seminar-at-Sea attendee, your gratuities (tips) to your steward, waiters, and all other onboard staff was already included when you registered for the event. These gratuities are shared by your stateroom attendant, dining services staff, and housekeeping staff members who help enhance your vacation experience.

Also, a basic Wi-Fi package is included in your fare. You may browse the Web, check email, and text using messaging apps such as WhatsApp and IMessage. In addition, you may chat with fellow cruisers onboard using the Celebrity App on your smart phone. We’re sailing with Starlink - the world’s most advanced broadband satellite internet - to bring you high-speed connectivity for a better onboard experience. Whether checking emails, sharing moments in real time, or streaming your favorite shows is most important to you, we’ve got you covered. Our Wi-Fi packages are tailored to the level of connection you desire and the number of devices that you need.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Keep your smart phone in Airplane Mode during the entire cruise to avoid very expensive roaming charges at sea. You will be able to use Wi-Fi while in Airplane Mode.

In addition, your Classical Beverage Package is included in your cruise fare. Here are the beverages included in your package:

PREPARATION FOR YOUR CRUISE

Information about how to prepare for your Celebrity Cruise vacation can be found at www.celebritycruises.com/blog/how-to-prepare-for-a-cruise. Here are a few details that you will find useful:

LUGGAGE AND WHAT TO BRING

You should dress for a cruise with Celebrity Cruise Line the same way you would for any stylish land-based resort. Casual sportswear, including shorts, lightweight pants and jogging suits, is the order of the day both at sea and ashore in hotter climates.

We recommend you bring a sweater, a jacket or an all-weather coat for cool evenings, and for shore excursions, depending on your destination. Due to unpredictable weather, don't forget a hat or visor and a collapsible umbrella. Please be sure to bring proper clothing for visits to religious sites. You'll also want low-heeled, rubbersoled shoes for strolling on deck, as well as comfortable walking shoes or sandals to wear.

Whatever the itinerary, destination, or occasion—when you pack, think “Relaxed Luxury.”

DURING THE DAY SHORESIDE

For warmer climates, pack swimsuits and cover-ups, walking shorts and shirts that protect from the sun, lightweight slacks, skirts or sundress, and a light sweater or jacket. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are always encouraged. For cooler climates, bring clothing with long sleeves, sweaters, and pants that can be layered. In areas prone to snow or rain, waterproof jackets, hats, gloves, and umbrellas are recommended. Around the globe, consider appropriate shoes and gear for the excursions you have planned and the terrain you’ll encounter. For instance, you may pack water shoes if hiking a waterfall or a headscarf or conservative dress for visiting museums, mosques, temples, and churches.

SHIPBOARD

Throughout the ship, casual resort wear, sundresses, shorts, polos, or button-downs are appropriate, paired with sandals, low heels, and loafers. Make sure you bring active wear and sneakers if you plan to hit the gym! Poolside, bathing suits with coverups, T-shirts, tanks, hats, and sunglasses are welcomed. In main and specialty dining, we ask guests to refrain from wearing swimsuits, see-through coverups or robes, bare feet, tank tops, T-shirts, and baseball caps.

AT NIGHT SMART CASUSAL

Smart Casual attire is required for entry to main dining, specialty dining, and the Celebrity Theatre. Smart Casual means you look comfortable yet tasteful in a dress, skirt, long pants, or jean, and stylish top or button-down. Shorts and flip flops are not considered Smart Casual.

EVENING CHIC

Our 10-day itinerary features 2 “formal” nights we call Evening Chic. Evening Chic means you dress to impress, glamorous and sophisticated in your own way, with a cocktail dress, skirt, slacks, or designer jean, an elegant dress top or blazer—some guests even pack a tuxedo or gown for onboard photos. The Daily program, delivered to your stateroom and available at the Guest Relations Desk, will be your guide to the correct attire each evening. If you do not wish to participate in Evening Chic, Smart Casual attire is acceptable for dining and theater.

Packing for Your Vacation

Many domestic airline carriers now impose excess baggage fees for one or more bags and bags weighing over 50 lbs., so check with your carrier regarding weight restrictions.

All luggage should have a sturdy personal identification tag that will not be lost or damaged in the course of typical airport and trucked luggage handling. On journeys including air travel, luggage will be subject to a considerable amount of handling and we would recommend that your luggage be of sturdy construction.

Celebrity Cruise Line recommends that your travel protection insurance should be adequate enough to cover any possible loss or damage that may occur. Any loss or damage caused by Celebrity Cruise Line or an airline must be reported immediately to the responsible party.

Celebrity Cruise Line will make every effort to assist you in safeguarding your belongings. But remember, you are responsible for your possessions at all times. Celebrity Cruise Line is not responsible for money, jewelry, cameras, binoculars, documents or any other articles you retain in your personal control. We strongly recommend you hand-carry all valuables and breakables, including jewelry, electronics and cameras, essential medications, travel documents, valuables, and breakables should be hand carried in your possession at all times. Please read the Passage Contract for limitations and responsibilities for lost items and baggage.

Suggested Packing List:
yoga mat, rain poncho, rain footwear, warm clothing for star-gazing after sunset on the outside deck, nice clothes for dinner, dressy or formal clothes for dinner on two formal night on 10-day cruise, long pants and tops, sweatshirt and sweatpants, warm jacket or windbreaker, sweater or shawl for air conditioned ship, sundress, shorts, t-shirts, tanks, underwear, socks, sleeping-clothes, walking shoes, sandals or flip-flops, 2 bathing suits and cover-up, sunscreen, watch (your phone won't work as a watch), alarm clock (or ask for wake-up call from ship Operator), cosmetics, toiletries, bar soap (optional), medications, sunglasses, eyeglasses or contacts, hat or visor, camera, laptop or notebook computer (Wi-Fi is available on the ship) with chargers, extra batteries, backpack or fanny pack for day excursions, binoculars, post-it notes and pens (to leave notes on your door or for your cabin attendant), book to read, journal, notebook, backpack or fanny pack.

If you're planning to visit our onboard fitness center, be sure to bring extra shorts, t-shirts and socks that you won't mind working out in - plus a pair of tennis or running shoes/sneakers.

Save space:
Be sure to leave some room in your luggage for all those souvenirs and mementos. Some space-saving ideas include:
- Bring shirts and pants/skirts that mix and match, turning three outfits into five or six.
- Wear your heaviest shoes during embarkation and disembarkation so you don't have to pack them.
- Pack small items inside larger ones for efficiency.
- Bring an additional empty collabsible bag for those acquired extras.

Onshore attire:
You'll need comfortable walking shoes, as well as a hat or umbrella and sunscreen for protection from the sun. If you'll be touring any museums, cathedrals or churches, it's always wise to dress conservatively. In the unlikely event of rain, you may want to bring a poncho, raincoat, or travel umbrella.

Luggage Allowance:
Each guest is permitted to carry a reasonable amount of personal property (including luggage) aboard the vessel; however, for your comfort and convenience, it is recommended that you limit the number of pieces you take. Keep in mind that airlines may charge for excess or oversize luggage. Charges incurred for excess or oversize baggage are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Each airline has a different limit on the amount of luggage they allow. Check with your air carrier for specific restrictions, such as allowance of pounds and any additional charges.

What Not To Bring:
For the safety of our guests and crew there are certain items that are not allowed onboard. If these are found they will be confiscated. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.

CRUISE TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Each passenger is responsible for providing Royal Caribbean Cruises with complete and accurate immigration information. The Passenger Immigration Form (PIF) should be completed online using Cruise Personalizer.

Ensure your name appears exactly as shown on your travel document. If the name does not match, contact your travel agent (the travel agent must call in corrections). Please provide Celebrity Cruise Line Cruises with the correct information at least 45 days prior to your cruise. Failure to do so will result in delayed check-in and, possibly, denied boarding.

Travel Document requirements vary by destination and your citizenship. Below are document guidelines for both domestic and international voyages. Once a booking is made, you may view voyage specific requirements on the Cruise Personalizer.

Document Requirements
A valid passport for all adults and children is required for all international itineraries. Therefore, for the Greek Isles Cruises, Celebrity Cruise Line requires that all passengers must be in possession of a valid passport. If your cruise requires international air travel, you will be required to present a valid passport when departing from or returning to your home country by air. Failure to present a valid passport for any passenger will result in denial of boarding without refund of the cruise fare.

IMPORTANT: Visa and documentation requirements vary by destination and change from time to time without prior notice. Passengers should check with the consulate of each country they will visit (Greece, Turkey, and Italy), or a visa service to verify current regulations. It is the passenger's responsibility to have proper travel documentation. They should reconfirm visa requirements with the consulate 14-30 days prior to the cruise.

Passport validity:
Many countries require passports be valid for six months after the completion of your travel. Check your passport to verify it will be valid for this period of time. Please ensure the name on the passport matches the name on the booking. Additionally, make certain that your passport contains blank pages for entry and exit endorsements and any visas that may be required. If necessary, allow sufficient time to renew your passport and/or obtain additional pages.

Passport holders should ensure passports are valid through the completion of travel. There may be occasions where Celebrity Cruise Line will retain your passport at check-in. This is to ensure that you are not inconvenienced by immigration clearance during your cruise and where face to face inspection is not required. We recommend you bring a second government issued photo ID if you wish to have one with you while in port.

Passport Services for US Nationals
There are over 7,000 Application Acceptance locations in the US. Callers may locate the one closest to them by going to the US Department of State website at http://iafdb.travel.state.gov. The United States Postal Service also provides passport services. To obtain this information, go to usps.com to find a Post Office location, fees, and to download a passport application at http://www.usps.com/passport. For information regarding Passport applications, please visit: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html or call the National Passport Information Center at 877-487-2778 (M-F, 5am to 5pm Pacific Time).

*This information is provided as general guidance. Because governmental travel requirements change periodically, you must check with your travel agent or the government authorities for all countries you will visit to determine or verify the actual requirements at the time of sailing. Celebrity Cruise Line assumes no responsibility for advising passengers of such requirements.

Vaccinations*
Information regarding required vaccinations for your cruise is listed on your Travel Summary (if applicable). We recommend seasonal influenza vaccinations for all passengers. Furthermore, you are strongly urged to seek advice from your primary care physician or an approved public health advisory service to identify any specific vaccination or health precautions required for each port of call. Vaccination requirements vary by destination and change from time to time. Passengers should check with the World Health Organization (WHO) (http://who.int/ith) or contact the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at www.cdc.gov/travel to verify current regulations.

Norovirus is the most common cause of gastroenteritis in the developed world. The health and well-being of our passengers and crew is our highest priority. There are several measures which have been placed to prevent and contain illnesses on our ships that meet or exceed standards set by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The simplest way for you to stay healthy is to frequently and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water, especially before eating and after using the toilet. You'll also find hand sanitizers located throughout the ship for your use after washing your hands. If you feel ill during your voyage, please immediately report to the medical center.

Health and Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you review your health insurance coverage before cruising. Many policies, including Medicare, will not pay for services or hospitalization outside of the country or for emergency evacuation. Celebrity Cruise Line Cruises ships are foreign-flagged and are considered "out of country." Please contact Adele at Legendary World Travel: 760-230-5624,to arrange for insurance.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

CELEBRITY CRUISE LINE SMOKING POLICY

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our ships are designated as non-smoking; however, we recognize that some of our guests do smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard environment that also satisfies smokers, we have designated certain areas of the ship as smoking areas.

Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the ship. To assist in locating areas where smoking is permitted, guests will find visible signage posted within all smoking areas and ashtrays that are provided for use. Outdoor areas near restricted areas, food venues, and kids play areas and pools will not allow smoking.

Smoking is prohibited from all indoor areas.
Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, theater, bar, lounge, hallway, elevator, and jogging track. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom and any stateroom balcony. This applies to all stateroom categories onboard. If a guest is in violation of this stateroom policy, a cleaning fee of $250 USD will be applied to their SeaPass account and may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy.

Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. Cigar and pipe tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas and Cigar Bars. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard.

Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

Celebrity Cruise Line International kindly asks all guests to please observe the smoking policy. These requests are made to provide a comfortable cruise for everyone. Guest may also inquire at Guest Services for the location of the designated smoking areas onboard.

Guests who violate this smoking policy may be subject to further action pursuant to the "Consequences Section" of the Guest Conduct Policy.

PREGNANT WOMEN

Pregnant women are not allowed to sail if they are entering the 24th week of their pregnancy by the last day of the cruise.

All pregnant women are required to produce a physician's letter stating that mother and baby are in good health, fit to travel and the pregnancy is not high risk. The letter must also include the estimated date of delivery (EDD) calculated from both Last Menstrual Period (LMP) and ultrasound (if performed).

Please fax your physician letter to the Fleet Medical Department confidential fax at (661) 753-0121.

PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES

The goal of Celebrity Cruise Line Cruises is to provide a safe comfortable cruise experience for all passengers. If you will be using a mobility device during your sailing, we strongly recommend you travel with a person physically fit to assist with your needs both onboard and ashore.

Airport Transportation

I
f requested in advance, Celebrity can arrange for accessible transportation to transfer guests between the airport and the pier. This accessible cruising service is offered at no extra charge to our air/sea guests or those who have purchased cruise-only transfers. Accessible transportation may be limited or unavailable outside the U.S. See your travel agent or contact us for details.

Extra Assistance at the Pier

Celebrity Cruises offers boarding and departure assistance to guests with mobility disabilities. Request assistance once you arrive at the pier or contact us prior to your cruise so that we may prioritize your needs during boarding. During peak times there may be a wait for assistance. Many ports provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters, however due to various conditions: steepness of the gangway, tendering, weather, tidal and sea conditions, and shore-side facilities, guests using assistive devices may be precluded from getting on or off the ship. We will make reasonable efforts to assist our guests, but for safety reasons, our staff is not permitted to lift guests or equipment. Assistance with manual wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc. will be provided.

Assistance Onboard

We provide reasonable mobility assistance to guests in accessing areas of the ship that are not accessible.

Tender Port Policy

Embarking and disembarking can be challenging for those with limited mobility. Many major ports of call provide easy access for wheelchairs and scooters. However due to various conditions; steepness of the gangway, weather, shore-side facilities, tidal and sea conditions, passengers using mobility devices may be required to transfer to a stair climber or be precluded from going ashore. Celebrity Cruise Line staff will make every effort to assist but are not allowed to individually physically lift more than 50 pounds (22 kg).

Some ports of call require the ship to anchor off shore. Passengers are then taken to shore by small boats or tenders. When tendering is required, passengers using mobility devices will not be transferred into or out of the tender, if lifting in excess of the above limitation is required. Many tender ports do not provide wheelchair access so even if the passenger can board the tender they may not be able to disembark ashore. Again the shore-side facilities, movement of the tender, weather and tidal conditions can also preclude tendering.

The decision to allow any passenger to board a tender or disembark the vessel will be made by the Captain on the basis of the safety and welfare of all involved and is final.

If passengers are unable to tender or disembark because of circumstances outlined above there will be no refund or credit for missed ports. While Celebrity Cruise Line recognizes your disappointment, the safety of both passengers and crew takes precedence.
